Russians strike Kryvyi Rih with ballistic missiles

An air raid alert has been declared again in Kryvyi Rih, with explosions being heard in the city.

This was reported on Telegram by Oleksandr Vilkul, Head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, according to Ukrinform.

“Kryvyi Rih. Explosions. Missile attack. Ballistics. Take care of yourselves – further launches are possible,” he wrote.

The Ukrainian Air Force also warned of the threat of ballistic missile strikes.

Vilkul added that traffic in Kryvyi Rih has been restricted due to enemy attacks.

Explosive ordnance disposal specialists and municipal services are currently working at the sites. For now, public transport will be rerouted along bypass roads.

Later, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha reported this on Telegram: “The aggressor carried out a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. According to preliminary information, five people were injured, including a child.”

It is noted that the one-and-a-half-year-old boy is in moderate condition. He is under medical supervision, as are a 55-year-old man and a 58-year-old woman. Two other women will receive outpatient treatment.

A two-story apartment building was severely damaged.

As Ukrinform previously reported, Oleksandr Vilkul stated that the city had been under attack by enemy drones for ten consecutive hours.
