Defense Forces hit Russian Nebo-U radar, Pantsir S1 air defense system in Crimea

In temporarily occupied Crimea, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a Russian Nebo-U radar station and a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and gun system, as well as a storage site for unmanned aerial vehicles in the Donetsk area.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

"On the territory of temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimea, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the enemy's air defense assets: a Nebo-U radar station (near Yevpatoria) and a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and gun system (near Khutorok)," the statement said.

In addition, in the area of temporarily occupied Donetsk, a site used for the storage and preparation of unmanned aerial vehicles for use was struck.

The extent of the damage is being assessed.

As Ukrinform previously reported, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on a Russian ammunition depot in Prymorsk in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region and clarified the results of the strike on the Atlant Aero enterprise.
