Russian attack on Kyiv region kills one, damages homes

In the Kyiv region, a multi-storey apartment building and 13 private houses were damaged as a result of a massive Russian attack. One private house was destroyed, and a man was killed.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kyiv Region Police on Telegram.

“Today, Russian troops once again struck the Kyiv region. A residential building was destroyed, while 13 private houses, vehicles, and an apartment building were damaged,” the statement said.

In the Fastiv district, a private house and a vehicle were destroyed. A local resident was killed. In addition, 12 private houses, six garage facilities, and three cars were damaged.

In the Vyshhorod district, a five-storey residential building was damaged, and its residents were evacuated.

In the Obukhiv district, a private house sustained damage.

It is noted that patrol police response teams, investigative task forces, explosive ordnance specialists, and rescuers are working at the scenes.

Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes).
