Invaders kill one resident and wound 17 others in Kharkiv region in past 24 hours

Over the past day, Russian troops have struck 14 settlements in the Kharkiv region, killing one person and injuring 17 others.

This was reported on Facebook by the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, according to Ukrinform.

The invaders struck the region with guided aerial bombs and various types of drones, including FPV, Geran-2, Lancet, and Molniia. They also used Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems.

Kharkiv was among the targets. As a result of the enemy attack, a 51-year-old man was killed, and 14 men and one woman were injured. One apartment building and three private houses, two garages, and two cars were damaged in the city.

In Mytrofanivka, Kupiansk district, a car was damaged by an enemy strike. One casualty is known – a 64-year-old citizen. In Podoly, Kurylivka community, a 56-year-old man was injured.

The consequences of enemy attacks have been recorded in several other districts of the region. In particular, three private houses were damaged in Zolochiv, Bohodukhiv district, and a private house, storage facilities, and a car were damaged in Bashylivka, Lozivsky district.

In the Kharkiv district, enemy strikes damaged a car in Male Vesele, a service station in Podvirky, a civilian enterprise, a building, and a warehouse in Derhachi.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 115 people in 24 hours. In total, 15,677 citizens have been registered there since it began operating.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the South Slobozhansky direction, the Russian army stormed the positions of defenders in the areas of Prylipky, Vovchanski Khutory, and Dvorichansky, in the direction of Izbytsky, Hryhorivka, and Kolodiazne.

In the Kupiansk direction, the invaders attacked in the direction of Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Zahryzove, and Kupiansk.
