Russian drone strike leaves two wounded in Kherson

In Kherson, two people were injured as a result of a Russian drone strike.

The Kherson City Military Administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Police officers took two Kherson residents to hospital after they were attacked by an enemy drone in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson at around 19:15. A 27-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds," the statement said.

Medics are providing the wounded with the necessary assistance and conducting additional examinations, the city administration added.

In addition, on Sunday it became known that a man had died as a result of shelling on December 16, according to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

The man's identity is being established.

As reported earlier, on Sunday, December 21, at around 17:00, Russian occupiers shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. As a result of the enemy attack, a 70-year-old man sustained blast injuries.
