Russian forces target critical, industrial infrastructure in Mykolaiv region, injuries reported
Over the past day, Russian troops carried out a massive combined attack on Mykolaiv region, striking critical and industrial infrastructure.
This was reported by Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“On December 13, the enemy carried out a massive combined attack on Mykolaiv region, targeting critical and industrial infrastructure. As a result, five people were injured in the city of Mykolaiv,” Kim wrote.
Three people – a 43-year-old man, a 48-year-old woman, and a 16-year-old girl – were hospitalized. As of the morning, their condition is stable, with no deterioration. Two women, aged 48 and 69, received outpatient medical care.
In the city, three private houses were completely destroyed, 78 private homes and six cars were damaged. In Mykolaiv district, a private house, a workshop building, and a car were damaged.
The attack also caused power outages in the settlements of Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts. Restoration work has been ongoing since yesterday.
Additionally, the enemy launched seven FPV drone attacks on Kutsurub and Ochakiv communities and carried out artillery shelling on Kutsurub, though there were no casualties reported.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, settlements in Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts were left without electricity overnight, with people affected by the attacks.
