Russia loses 1,400 troops, one aircraft in Ukraine over past day

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, total Russian combat losses in the war against Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to December 12, 2025, amount to approximately 1,186,480 personnel, including 1,400 losses in the past 24 hours.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

In addition, Russian forces have lost: 11,406 tanks (+2), 23,705 armored combat vehicles (+6), 35,008 artillery systems (+16), 1,566 multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) (+2), 1,256 air defense systems (+3), 432 aircraft (+1), 347 helicopters (+0), 89,401 operational-tactical drones (+253), 4,060 cruise missiles (+2), 28 warships/boats (+0), one submarine (+0), 69,614 vehicles and fuel tankers (+107), 4,024 pieces of special-purpose equipment (+2)
