Russian drone strikes truck in Izium, two men killed
Two men were killed in Izium, Kharkiv region, when a drone struck a truck.
This was reported on Telegram by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, according to Ukrinform.
“On December 5, in the city of Izium, while unloading firewood from a ZIL truck onto a tractor, the vehicle was hit by a strike drone. As a result of the UAV attack, two men aged 52 and 67 who were standing next to the vehicle were killed in the truck cab,” the report said.
A fire broke out at the site of the strike, the police added.
Information about the deaths was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 2 of Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As reported, on December 1, Russian invaders struck a car with a drone in the village of Klynova-Novoselivka, Kharkiv region, injuring two men.
