Air defense forces destroy 114 of 138 enemy drones since yesterday evening
Air defense forces destroyed 114 of the 138 drones used by Russian invaders to attack Ukraine since the evening of December 3.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
Starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, the Russians attacked with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Rostov region and the temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as 138 Shahed and Gerbera strike UAVs and other types of drones from the following directions: Orel, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Bryansk (RF), Chauda (Crimea). About 85 were Shahed-type drones.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 114 enemy UAVs in northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.
Ballistic missiles and 24 strike drones were recorded hitting 14 locations.
As reported by Ukrinform, six people were injured in Odesa as a result of an attack by Russian drones on the night of December 4.
