According to Ukrinform, this was reported in an interview with Suspilne by Olena Sima, head of the Yunakivka community.
“2025 was one of the most difficult years in the life of the Yunakivka community. As a result of constant shelling throughout the year, seven civilians were killed. Of the nearly 5,000 residents, only 31 people remain in the community,” she said.
According to her, the condition of the community's settlements is currently critical.
“As a result of prolonged shelling, the Basivka district has been completely destroyed. The village of Yunakivka has suffered critical damage. The Khrapivshchyna and Kyianytsia districts have suffered significant damage, and some villages have been only 40% preserved. The Mohrytsia district has also suffered significant damage,” she said.
