Russians shell Kherson with artillery, killing woman

A 76-year-old woman was killed in Kherson as a result of hostile artillery shelling, and an investigation has been launched.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office on Telegram.

“According to the investigation, on December 2, 2025, Russian troops attacked settlements in the region with artillery, including rocket launchers, mortars, and drones,” the report said.

As of 5:30 p.m., it is known that one civilian was killed and two were wounded in the Kherson region as a result of Russian aggression.

In particular, the prosecutor's office said that at around 10:30 a.m., the occupiers fired artillery at one of the districts of Kherson. A 76-year-old woman suffered fatal injuries.

A woman and a man were also wounded in artillery attacks on Komyshany and Bilozerka.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes has been launched.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops shelled the village of Bilozerka in the Kherson region, injuring a 49-year-old man who was walking down the street.

Also in the Kherson region, a Russian shell hit a house in the village of Komyshany, injuring a 43-year-old woman.
