Ukrainian SOF drones strike Russian troops preparing to advance in Pokrovsk
Ukraine's Special Operations Forces (SOF) used long-range drones to destroy a concentration point of Russian troops in Pokrovsk, where they were preparing for further regrouping and advancement.
The SOF stated this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"On the night of November 26, SOF units delivered successful fire strikes on enemy targets in Donetsk region," the report says. In particular, in Pokrovsk, SOF drones destroyed a location where enemy personnel had gathered.
"Loitering-munitions-type UAVs struck a multi-story building where Russian troops were settling in for further regrouping and attempts to advance," the SOF added.
In addition, in the settlement of Kamianka in the Pokrovsk district, a Russian brigade-level ammunition depot was destroyed.
It is noted that the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces blew up combat assets of the 137th Separate Rifle Motorized Brigade.
As Ukrinform reported, the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces had earlier destroyed a Russian sabotage-reconnaissance group in Pokrovsk.
