Russian forces launch 530 strikes on communities in Zaporizhzhia region over past day

On November 21, Russian invading forces carried out 530 strikes on 18 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, Russian forces conducted two airstrikes on Huliaipole. A total of 314 UAVs of various types, mostly FPV drones, targeted Veselianka, Chervonodniprovka, Lysohirka, Bilenke, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Rivnopillia, Preobrazhenka, Solodke, Zatyshshia, and Yablukove.

Six MLRS attacks struck Stepnohirsk, Orikhiv, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, and Mala Tokmachka. As many as 208 artillery strikes hit the areas of Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Zatyshshia, Solodke, Yablukove, and Rivnopillia.

Authorities received 185 reports of damaged homes, non-residential buildings, and equipment.

A 49-year-old woman was injured in an enemy attack on the Polohy district.

Late on November 20, Russian forces dropped an aerial bomb on Zaporizhzhia. The strike hit a market area and also damaged nearby homes. Five people were confirmed killed and ten injured.
