In Ternopil, death toll after Russian attack climbs to 31
In Ternopil, the death toll after the Russian shelling has increased to 31. Rescuers have recovered three more bodies from the rubble.

Serhii Ziubanenko, Head of the Ternopil region police, said that the bodies of a mother and two children were found while clearing the rubble.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of November 19, the Russians attacked Ternopil with combat drones and missiles. Two residential high-rise buildings were hit in the city. Twenty-eight people were reported dead, including three children. Ninety-four people were injured, including 18 children.
