Minor killed, nine people injured in Russian missile strike on Kharkiv region

In the town of Berestyn, Kharkiv region, a 17-year-old girl was killed as a result of a missile strike by Russian forces; nine people were injured, seven of whom were taken to hospital with blast injuries.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

“A 17-year-old girl who sustained severe injuries in the missile attack on the town of Berestyn died in hospital,” he wrote.

According to the official, there are currently nine people injured, seven of whom have been hospitalized with blast injuries.

Two more people suffered an acute stress reaction, Syniehubov added.

Earlier reports indicate that Russian forces struck the town of Berestyn in Kharkiv region with missiles. According to preliminary information, among the nine injured is a 16-year-old boy.
