Russian attack on Nikopol: injury toll rises to three, two dead

Russian forces attacked the Nikopol district with artillery and FPV drones. The number of wounded in Nikopol has risen to three, and two people have died.

According to Ukrinform,Vladyslav Haivanenko, acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Facebook.

In the Nikopol district, the communities of Nikopol, Pokrovske, Myrove, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka were under fire. According to Haivanenko, two people were killed. The number of injured has risen to three. In particular, a 41-year-old woman sought medical attention.

"She received help and will recover at home," he added.

As a result of the enemy attack, city infrastructure, a kindergarten, a cultural and sports facility, a church, a market, five shops, a shopping center, a hairdresser, a gas station, four apartment buildings, two private houses, an outbuilding, a car, and a power line were damaged.

The consequences of the UAV attack were also recorded in the Mezhyrich and Verbki communities of Pavlohrad district.

In particular, a 33-year-old woman was injured. Infrastructure, seven private homes, and two outbuildings were damaged, and one was destroyed. The enemy used KABs and a drone on the Pokrovske and Mezhova communities of Synelnykivskyi district.

As a result of the strikes, a shopping complex was destroyed, and a church, two educational institutions, nine shops, a notary office, an administrative building, four apartment buildings, two private houses, and a car were damaged.

As Ukrinform reported, on Monday, November 17, Russian forces struck Nikopol with artillery. Two people were killed and others injured.
