Despite losses in manpower and equipment, Russian occupation forces continue to try to pressure Ukrainian forces in the south.

This was reported by Vladislav Voloshyn, spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces, in a comment to Ukrinform.

"Despite its own losses in manpower and equipment, the enemy continues to try to pressure our positions. Today, for example, a record number of enemy losses was recorded - 317 servicemen,“ the spokesman said.

According to Voloshin, over the past week, the Russian army lost 1,363 soldiers, and the week before that - 1,172, which indicates an increase in losses.

”This also applies to combat equipment. This week, we destroyed three tanks, five armored combat vehicles, a Uragan multiple launch rocket system, and several air defense systems, including a Tor M-2 system today,“ he said.
