Enemy drones damage energy facilities in southern Odesa region, including solar power plant
Russian troops attacked energy facilities in the southern Odesa region overnight. A solar power plant was damaged.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Oleh Kiper, the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
“The enemy continues to target civilian infrastructure in the southern Odesa region deliberately. Despite the active work of the Air Defense Forces, strike drones again damaged energy facilities, including a solar power plant, last night. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” Kiper wrote.
According to him, the fires that broke out were quickly extinguished by the State Emergency Service.
The Points of Invincibility have been set up in the affected area. Life support facilities and critical infrastructure have been switched to backup power.
