Russians launch missile strike on outskirts of Sumy

In the morning, Russians launched a missile strike on the outskirts of Sumy, and traffic is currently blocked there.

This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Kryvosheynko, on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"This morning, at 7:05 a.m., Sumy residents heard a powerful explosion—a missile strike on the outskirts of the city. Preliminary reports indicate that no one was injured. The explosion damaged the asphalt pavement, broke a fire hydrant, and caused a water leak. The section of the road in the direction of Stare Selo is temporarily closed," the report said.

It is noted that traffic leaving the city remains unimpeded.

Specialists are currently working at the site. The restoration of traffic will be announced separately.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of November 14, Russia launched a massive attack on Kyiv and the surrounding region with missiles and drones. As a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv, three people were killed and 26 were injured.
