Russian army shells 36 settlements in Kherson region over past day, three wounded, one killed

Over the past day, Russian forces used drones, artillery, and aviation to strike 36 settlements in the Kherson region, killing one person and wounding three others.

According to Ukrinform, the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported this on Telegram.

The enemy struck Antonivka, Blahovishchenske, Bohdanivka, Inzhenerne, Komyshany, Naddniprianske, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Kizomys, Rozlyv, Darivka, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Novotiahynka, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Oleksandrivka, Beryslav, Urozhayne, Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Osokorivka, Novomykolaivka, Tiahynka, Burhunka, Virivka, Mykolaivka, Dudchany, Kachkarivka, Novokairy, Sablukivka, Chervonyi Maiak, Vesele, and Kherson.

The occupiers targeted critical, transport, and social infrastructure as well as residential areas of the region's settlements.

They damaged 18 private houses, an administrative building, a shop, private vehicles, and a trolleybus. Fifteen people were evacuated yesterday from the liberated communities of the region.

As Ukrinform reported, during the past day Russian forces carried out more than 730 strikes on 20 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Four people were killed in attacks on the Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts.
