Russian forces strike critical infrastructure in Lozova district, heating plants left without power
Russian forces struck critical infrastructure in the Lozova district of the Kharkiv region, leaving heating plants without power and disrupting heat supply. This was reported on Facebook by the Mayor of Lozova, Serhii Zelenskyi, as cited by Ukrinform.
“The enemy has once again damaged critical infrastructure in the Lozova area. Emergency shutdowns have been implemented. Heating plants are without power, heat supply has been suspended,” the post reads.
The mayor added that water supply and wastewater services can be maintained using alternative power sources.
As reported earlier, during the night of 4 September, Russian forces struck a critical infrastructure facility in Lozova, leaving the entire city without power.
