Russian attacks pound Dnipropetrovsk region, elderly woman injured

Throughout the day, Russian troops struck two districts of Dnipropetrovsk region with drones, artillery, and glide bombs. An 83-year-old woman was injured in the attacks.

Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Vladyslav Haivanenko reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Throughout the day, the enemy attacked two districts of the region. They launched FPV drones and heavy artillery at the town of Nikopol and Chervonohryhorivka community in Nikopol district. An 83-year-old woman was injured. She sustained shrapnel wounds and multiple abrasions. She is under medical supervision,” the report reads.

The regional chief added that five private houses and a gas station were also damaged. One outbuilding was severely damaged and another one completely destroyed.

In addition, Russian forces attacked Pokrovske community in Synelnykove district with glide bombs, destroying part of an educational facility.
