One killed, ten injured in Russian shelling over past day in Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv region, over the past day, sixteen settlements in the region came under fire, leaving one person dead and ten injured.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"During the past day, 16 settlements in the Kharkiv region came under enemy attacks. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and ten were injured," he wrote.
Syniehubov stated that in the village of Korotych, in the Pisochyn community, the injured included women aged 39 and 56 and men aged 31, 35, 28, 38, 26, and 36. In Chuhuiv, a 58-year-old woman was injured; in the village of Hrushivka, Kindrashivka community, a 43-year-old man was injured; and in the village of Rokytne, Nova Vodolaha community, a 48-year-old man was killed.
The enemy used various types of weapons against the Kharkiv region: 13 Iskander-M missiles, 8 KAB bombs, 41 Geran-2 drones, 2 Molniya drones, 1 FPV drone, and 28 other drones that have not yet been identified.
It is noted that the enemy targeted the region's critical infrastructure. As a result of the strikes, power supply was temporarily cut off for residents in some areas.
In the city of Barvinkove, power has been restored for all customers who were left without electricity after the Russian attack on November 6.
Civil infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed: in the Kupiansk district, a car (in the village of Borivske), two private houses, an apartment building, a car (in the village of Prykolotne), and a private house (in the village of Hrushivka) were damaged.
In the Kharkiv district, a gas station and three cars (in the settlement of Korotych), two private houses and two cars (in the settlement of Mala Danylivka) were damaged; in the Lozova district, a civilian enterprise (in the city of Lozova) was damaged; and in the Chuhuiv district, a private house (in the village of Shevchenkove Pershe) was damaged.
According to Syniehubov, the transit evacuation center in Lozova received 143 people over the past day, with 37 remaining there. Since it began operating, the center has registered a total of 11,204 people.
As Ukrinform reported, during Russia's massive attack on the Kharkiv region, an employee of an energy company was killed.
