Energy company employee killed in large-scale Russian attack on Kharkiv region

An employee of an energy company was killed during a massive Russian attack on Kharkiv region.

According to Ukrinform, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.

“Today Kharkiv region, along with the entire country, endured yet another difficult night. The enemy once again carried out a massive strike on our critical infrastructure. Unfortunately, an employee of one of the energy enterprises was killed while at his workplace,” Syniehubov wrote.

According to him, the attack left part of the region without power, and water supply disruptions have been reported.

Specialized teams are working at the strike sites. Damage assessments and inspections of affected facilities are underway.

Emergency power-outage schedules are in effect in the region.

Points of Invincibility have been deployed across Kharkiv region.

As reported, one person was killed and ten were injured in the region over the past day due to Russian attacks. Energy and civilian infrastructure, as well as residential buildings, were damaged.
