Russian forces strike critical infrastructure in Kharkiv region

The Russian army has once again attacked critical infrastructure in the Lozova community in the Kharkiv region.

Lozova Mayor Serhii Zelenskyi announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Enemy attack. Critical infrastructure is under attack. Be cautious!" the post reads.

Shortly after, he reported that the attack had caused an emergency power outage in the community.

"We are switching critical infrastructure facilities to alternative power sources. Medical institutions are operating as usual. Heating points are open. Stay strong! Everything will be Ukraine!" the mayor wrote.
