Russian troops attacked an energy facility in a border community in the Chernihiv region, causing a fire.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by the Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus.
“Yesterday evening, Geran Russian drones attacked an energy facility in a border community in the Chernihiv region. A fire broke out at the site of the attack, but it was extinguished,” Chaus said.
According to him, energy workers are working to restore the power supply.
In the Nizhyn district, the enemy hit the transport infrastructure.
In the Koriukivka district, debris from a drone damaged a residential building and a car.
The Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration noted that the Russians also attacked the region with strike drones at night, in particular, drones flew to Chernihiv. No hits were recorded in the city.
Chaus added that over the past day, Russian troops fired 35 times on 17 settlements in the region, with 104 explosions recorded.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops attacked the city of Novhorod-Siverskyi in the Chernihiv region with strike drones on the night of November 4, resulting in three people being injured.
