Russians kill unarmed civilians walking with white flag in Kharkiv region

On Monday, November 3, Russian forces carried out a drone strike on two unarmed civilians who were walking along a road carrying a white flag in the village of Kruhliakivka, Kharkiv region.

According to Ukrinform, the 77th Separate Air Assault Naddniprianska Brigade of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces reported this on Facebook and released video evidence of the Russian army’s crime.

As a result of the targeted attack, the Russians killed two unarmed people and a dog. There were no military facilities or positions nearby.

According to available information, the Russians filmed the attack themselves in order to later use the footage in propaganda materials and falsely accuse the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This demonstrates a systematic practice of disinformation and attempts to shift responsibility for war crimes onto Ukraine, the brigade emphasized.
