Russians drop explosives from drone in Kherson, killing woman

Russian troops attacked Kherson with a drone, killing a woman.

According to Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this.

“According to the investigation, on October 23, 2025, at around 7:30 a.m., Russian military personnel dropped explosives from an unmanned aerial vehicle in Kherson. A woman who was on the street at the time of the explosion was caught in the blast zone. She died on the spot from her injuries,” the statement said.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the war crime that led to the death of a person.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone onto a truck in Kherson, injuring the driver.
