In Kharkiv, about fifty children were evacuated from a kindergarten that was hit by a Russian drone; the number of injured children is being clarified. One person is known to have died, and seven others were injured.

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

“Kharkiv. Rescuers and police officers carry children out after a Russian strike on a kindergarten. Little hands cling to the shoulders of those who rescue and protect them. Russia's actions have no principles or rules. Only destruction and death,” Klymenko said.

The police, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, are documenting the Russian Federation's war crimes against civilians and children.
