One person killed, four injured in Russian attacks on Kherson region on Sunday
One civilian was killed and four others were injured in the Kherson region over the course of the day as a result of Russian aggression.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office said this in a Telegram post seen by Ukrinform.
"As of 18:00, it is known that one person was killed and four others were injured as a result of Russian aggression,' the statement said.
According to the prosecutor's office, two civilians in Beryslav were injured when a shell dropped from a Russian drone exploded.
In addition, in the village of Antonivka, a local resident was wounded after stepping on a "petal" anti-personnel mine. Doctors are providing him with medical assistance.
Earlier, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that a 71-year-old man was killed in a Russian attack on the village of Kozatske. In the village of Tomyna Balka, a 67-year-old woman was injured in another Russian attack.
