Zelensky orders diplomats to organize Coalition of the Willing meeting in near future

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed Ukrainian diplomats to prepare a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in the near future.

According to Ukrinform, the head of state announced this in nightly his video address published on the official website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

"I have instructed our diplomats – and have already discussed this with many leaders – to prepare a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in the near future. We in Europe need common and strong positions. And we will have them," Zelensky said.

As reported earlier, following his talks at the White House, Zelensky discussed security guarantees and the Coalition of the Willing with European leaders.

The discussion involved European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Council President Antonio Costa, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
