Man killed and woman wounded in enemy shelling in the Kharkiv region

A man was killed and a woman wounded as a result of shelling by the Russian army in the village of Zelenyi Hai in the Kharkiv region.

This was reported by the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“As a result of shelling in the village of Zelenyi Hai, Velykyi Burluk community, a 58-year-old man was killed and an 83-year-old woman was injured,” he wrote.

According to the Head of the Regional Military Administration, a total of 12 settlements in the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy strikes over the past day. The enemy used, in particular, 17 Geran-2 UAVs; 2 Lancet UAVs; 1 Molniya UAV; 2 FPV drones; 1 UAV (type to be determined).

Civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed: in the Kupiansk district, four private houses, a workshop, two tractors, a car (in the village of Zelenyi Hai), a civil enterprise, power lines (in the village of Velykyi Burluk), power lines, and a cultural center (in the village of Shevchenkove) were damaged.

In the Izium district, a tractor was damaged in the village of Oskil. In the Chuhuiv district, railway infrastructure, a non-residential building (Chuhuiv), a private house, a garage, and a farm building (Petropavlivka village) were damaged. In the Kharkiv district, two warehouses (Derhachi) were damaged.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 183 people in 24 hours.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Russians attacked Chuhuiv with drones.
