Russians attack railway in Chernihiv with drone, injuring train driver

In Chernihiv, a Russian drone strike damaged railway rolling stock and injured a train driver.

This was reported by the Chernihiv Region Prosecutor's Office, according to Ukrinform.

“According to the investigation, at around 9:45 a.m. today, the enemy attacked transport infrastructure in the city of Chernihiv with a drone. As a result of the attack, the locomotive driver suffered shrapnel wounds and rolling stock was damaged,” the statement said.

It is noted that a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the UAV strike on the railway in criminal proceedings (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
