Ukrainian Intelligence exposes 145 Russian arms firms linked to Rostec — Half Still Evading Sanctions

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) has released data on 145 enterprises that are part of or managed by Technodinamika Holding, a subsidiary of Russia’s state corporation Rostec.

According to Ukrinform, the DIU reported this on Facebook.

The data have been published on the War & Sanctions portal.

Technodinamika plays a key role in the production of artillery systems, both tube and rocket types, as well as ammunition, gunpowder, and military-grade explosives.

Its enterprises also manufacture unmanned aerial vehicles, launchers for long-range cruise missiles, armor plates, and personal protection equipment, and they develop flight simulators, parachute systems, and aircraft engines for military aviation.

In addition, the holding’s companies perform maintenance and life extension work on strategic bombers Tu-95MS and Tu-160.

Despite Technodinamika’s strategic importance to the Russian defense industry, 86 out of 145 enterprises remain outside the sanctions lists of the international sanctions coalition.

Among them are manufacturers of key components for Russian missile and armored systems:

  • JSC Federal Center of Dual Technologies ‘Soyuz’ and JSC Morozov Plant — developers of engines and solid fuel for Topol-M, Yars, and Iskander missile systems.
  • JSC Leningrad Mechanical Plant named after Karl Liebknecht — producer of armor-piercing sub-caliber shells for smoothbore tank guns, including those mounted on the Armata platform.
  • JSC Ufa Aggregate Production Association — manufacturer of components for Kh-101 and Kh-59M2 / Kh-59M2A missiles.
  • JSC Machine-Building Plant ‘Shtamp’ named after B. L. Vannikov — producer of warheads for Grad and Tornado-G rocket systems, casings for aerial bombs, and Russia’s only manufacturer of ammunition belt links for 23 mm, 30 mm, and 40 mm artillery rounds.

The published information includes identification data of the enterprises, their functions within Technodinamika and Rostec, structural and management links, and details on any sanctions already applied.

The DIU continues to expose entities and networks within the Russian military-industrial complex. The agency noted that using this data will help responsible businesses verify their contractors and cease cooperation with enterprises supporting Russia’s war of aggression.

The intelligence agency emphasized that coordinated sanctions efforts among partner countries will disrupt supply chains, slow weapons production, deprive Russia of technological autonomy, and reduce its financial capacity to wage war.

The DIU recalled that it had earlier published information on 243 enterprises belonging to three of Rostec’s largest holdings — High-Precision Systems, United Aircraft Corporation, and United Engine Corporation.

As Ukrinform reported, the War & Sanctions portal has also published a list of foreign technological equipment used by Russia’s largest tank and armored vehicle manufacturer, Uralvagonzavod.
