Russian drones hit grain storage facility in Chernihiv region

This morning, Russian troops launched another strike with Shahed drones on Novhorod-Siverskyi in the Chernihiv region, hitting their target and causing a fire.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the head of the Novhorod-Siverskyi district military administration, Oleksandr Selvestrov, on Facebook.

“On the morning of October 7, the Russians launched another strike on Novhorod-Siverskyi. As a result of several Shahed strike drones hitting a civilian facility, a fire broke out,” the post says.

The strike hit one of the premises of an agricultural enterprise where grain was stored.

As noted, there are no casualties at this time.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of October 6, Russians attacked an energy facility in the Chernihiv region, causing a power outage.
