Two injured in Kharkiv region by Russian army strikes
Two people were injured in the Kharkiv region on Tuesday, September 16, as a result of strikes by the Russian military.
According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram.
According to the investigation, on September 16, at around 10:00 a.m., a Russian FPV drone attacked Kupiansk, resulting in a 63-year-old man suffering blast injuries.
In addition, at approximately 11:00 a.m., an 82-year-old man was injured as a result of a Russian attack on the village of Osynovo in the Kupiansk district.
Also on Tuesday, September 16, Russian FPV drones struck the Zolochiv territorial community in the Bohodukhiv district.
In particular, a house was destroyed in the village of Lemishchyne, and a house, farm buildings, and a disused clinic were damaged in the village of Tymofiivka.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk and Bohodukhiv district prosecutor's offices of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been launched into the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported by Ukrinform, 12 settlements in the Kharkiv region were hit by Russian strikes over the past day, one person was killed, and five more were injured.
