Russian strike hits private enterprise in Chernihiv region

In Chernihiv region, during an attack on Nizhyn, Russian forces struck a private enterprise on the outskirts of the town.

This was reported by Suspilne, citing Nizhyn Mayor Oleksandr Kodola, according to Ukrinform.

“As a result of Russia’s attack on Nizhyn in Chernihiv region in the afternoon of September 14, around 16:20, a private enterprise on the town’s outskirts was hit,” the statement reads.

It is noted that the enterprise deals with fuel materials. One fuel tank was struck, causing a fire.

“Firefighters are extinguishing the blaze. Currently, there is no information about casualties or fatalities,” Kodola said.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that debris from a downed Russian drone fell in the center of Nizhyn, Chernihiv region.
