Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) have disrupted Russian plans to break through to a key position held by Ukraine’s Defense Forces in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna sector.

According to Ukrinform, the SOF reported this on Telegram.

In this sector, soldiers from the 8th SOF Regiment successfully completed a mission to detect and eliminate enemy forces before they could reach the forward positions of friendly units.

This action thwarted Russia’s advance and helped maintain control over critical defensive lines.

The invaders failed to breach the key position of Ukraine’s Defense Forces. Vital logistical routes—essential for troop support—were preserved. Approximately 20 assault attempts were repelled.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces destroyed a Russian radar station from the S-300 system at a military airfield in the town of Saky, Crimea.
