Eight settlements in Kyiv region were left without gas after night attack by Russian Federation

In the Obukhiv district of the Kyiv region, eight settlements were left without gas supply as a result of a nighttime Russian attack, and emergency work on the gas network is ongoing.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnik, on Telegram.

“In this regard, there will be no gas supply in eight settlements of the district on September 8 and 9,” the message says.

This concerns subscribers in Kozin, Zhukivtsi, Ukrainka, Plyutiv, Veremia, Khalepia, Trypillia, and Shcherbanivka.

In total, gas supply will be cut off for 8,093 subscribers.

The service will be restored gradually, Kalashnik said.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Russians carried out an attack on one of the thermal power generation facilities in the Kyiv region.
