Russian troops shell two districts in Dnipropetrovsk region, damage reported

Russian forces launched attacks on the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The strikes were reported on Telegram by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, according to Ukrinform.

“Nikopol district: the aggressor deployed drones and fired Grad multiple launch rocket systems. The regional center, as well as the Marhanets, Pokrovske, and Myrove communities came under fire. A blaze broke out, damaging several vehicles, with one car completely destroyed,” Lysak wrote.

In the Synelnykove district, Russian forces targeted the Mezhova and Pokrovske communities using UAVs. Multiple fires erupted, affecting two private homes, a garage, and dry grass. Infrastructure also sustained damage.

No casualties or injuries were reported.

According to updated information, two private houses were destroyed and three others damaged in the artillery shelling of Nikopol yesterday afternoon, Lysak added.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, fires broke out at agricultural enterprises in the Dnipropetrovsk region following a drone strike.
