Enemy fires three times in Kharkiv region in one day, civilian injured

Russian troops shelled the Kharkiv region three times in one day, and a civilian was injured.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

He said that a private house was destroyed in the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district, as a result of Russian mortar shelling.

Three private houses were damaged in Kurylivka village, Kupiansk district, as a result of shelling from multiple rocket launchers. A man was injured.

A car was damaged in Bohuslavka, Izium district, as a result of shelling.

According to Syniehubov, in the Kharkiv direction, Ukrainian troops successfully stopped six attempts by Russian troops to improve the situation near Vovchansk and Tykhe.

In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, the total number of combat engagements increased to 15. The enemy tried to push the Defense Forces back from their positions in the areas of Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Andriivka, Hrekivka, Makivka, Nevske, and Serebryansky forest. 12 attacks were repelled, and three firefights are ongoing in the areas of Hrekivka and Nevske. The situation is under the control of Ukrainian defenders.

Since May 10, 11,856 people have been evacuated from Chuhuiv, Kharkiv, and Bohodukhiv districts of the Kharkiv region.

As reported, the Kharkiv region is under constant Russian shelling. The enemy terrorizes the population almost daily, destroying homes, businesses, energy, and various infrastructure facilities.
