Artillery, mortars, sabotage groups: Russians attack 15 communities in Sumy region

Over the past day, the Russian invasion force has shelled 15 communities of the Sumy region. Two siblings were killed in the Khotyn community.

This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration via Telegram, Ukrinform saw.

"During the day, the Russians carried out 15 strikes targeting the territories and settlements in Sumy region close to the border. Ninety-one explosions were recorded. The communities of Khotyn, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Esman, Seredyno-Buda, Druzhbivka, Znob-Novhorodske, and Svesa came under fire," the report says.

Svesa community: mortar fire (an explosion reported).

Khotyn community: mortar shelling, 40 explosions. In addition, a Russian reconnaissance and sabotage group killed two residents (a brother and a sister). Their house is located in the village of Andriivka, within the 5-kilometer border zone.

Seredyno-Buda: mortar shelling (six explosions) and artillery shelling, (three explosions) were recorded.

Velyka Pysarivka community: Russians dropped five mines. A VOG charge was dropped from an UAV (an explosion was reported).

Yunakivka community: artillery fire (eight explosions) and an FPV drone attack (one explosion).

Znob-Novhorodske community: mortar fire (three explosions).

Esman community: a mine was launched.

Bilopillia community: artillery shelling (four explosions) and mortar fire (12 explosions).

Druzhbivka community: mortar fire (four explosions).

Krasnopillia community: mortar fire (two explosions).

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the enemy attacked Poltava region with missiles, hitting an industrial facility in the Kremenchuh district.
