Multi-storey building and three private houses damaged in Sumy region as result of shelling

In the Sumy region, a multi-storey building and three private houses were damaged by shelling over the past day.

This was reported by the police of the Sumy region on Telegram, Ukrinform reported.

"As a result of shelling, an apartment building, three private houses, and an outbuilding were damaged," the report says.

As noted, investigators opened criminal proceedings over these facts under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war).

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops fired a total of 121 strikes on the territory of the region.

As reported, three hostile attacks were recorded in the Sumy region at night and in the morning, with the Bilopillya and Velyka Pysarivska communities coming under attack from grenade launchers and mortars.
