Ukraine’s Air Force launches eight strikes on enemy positions in past day

The Air Force of Ukraine launched eight strikes on Russian manpower, weapons and military equipment clusters and one strike on their anti-aircraft missile system.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in its morning update, Ukrinform reports.

"In the past day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces launched eight strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment and one strike on their anti-aircraft missile system. Units of the missile forces hit six enemy manpower, weapons and military equipment clusters, two command posts, six artillery units, one anti-aircraft defense system and another important target," the report says.

On November 13, Russian terrorist forces hit Kherson with MLRS, and launched a ballistic missile toward the city on the night of November 14.

In the past day, 80 combat clashes were recorded on the front lines. In total, the enemy launched four missile attacks and 53 air strikes, carried out 45 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, civilians casualties were reported. Damage was caused to private buildings, apartment blocks, as well as other civilian infrastructure facilities.

The following areas came under Russian air strikes: Pershotravneve, Kopanky, Novoserhiivka of Kharkiv region; Serebrianka forestry of Luhansk region; Spirne, Vyimka, Kostiantynivka, Klishchiivka, Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, Pobieda, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Urozhaine of Donetsk region; Beryslav, Ivanivka, Tiahynka of Kherson region.

More than 100 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under enemy artillery fire.

At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue offensive operations in the Melitopol sector, inflicting manpower and equipment losses on the Russian troops, weakening the enemy along the entire front line.

As Ukrinform reported, from February 24, 2022 to November 14, 2023, the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 313,470 Russian invaders, including 920 occupiers on November 13.
