Russian troops hit Kherson region 81 times in past day

Over the past day, August 24, the Russian army launched 81 strikes on Kherson region.

"Over the past day, the enemy launched 81 strikes, firing 501 shells from mortars, artillery, tanks, Grad MLRS, UAVs, and aircraft. The enemy fired 16 shells at the city of Kherson," Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin posted on Telegram.

As noted, the Russian military struck the residential neighborhoods of populated settlements, the building of a plant in Kherson city, an administrative building and a critical infrastructure object, the buildings of a healthcare institution and a store in Kherson district, the territory of an elevator and warehouses, the buildings of educational institutions in Beryslav district.

As a result of Russian aggression, one person was killed and three more people, including a child, were injured.
