Russian aggression leaves 1,100 Ukrainian children injured

Russian invaders have already killed 502 children and injured 1,100 across Ukraine since the outset of their full-scale onslaught.

That’s according to the Prosecutor General's Office, Ukrinform reports.

"More than 1,602 children were affected in Ukraine as a result of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression. As of the morning of August 18, 2023, according to the official reports from juvenile prosecutors, 502 children were killed and 1,100 were injured," the PGO press service wrote on Telegram.

The figures are not final as reports from the active hostility zones, temporarily captured and liberated areas require verification.
