Russian army launches two attacks on Nikopol district overnight

The Russian army launched two artillery attacks on the Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, overnight, having fired nearly ten shells at the district center and the Chervonohryhorivka community

Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Last night, the aggressor fired heavy artillery at the Nikopol district twice. Almost ten shells landed in the district center and the Chervonohryhorivka community," he said.

Lysak said there were no casualties. The consequences of the shelling are being clarified.

On August 11, Russian troops shelled Nikopol, damaging 15 houses.
