Four civilians wounded as Russian forces hit Kherson region 30 times on Sunday

Russian invaders shelled Kherson region 30 times over the past day, August 6, injuring four civilians.

That’s according to Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

According to his report, posted on Telegram, the Russians fired off 99 mortar shells, artillery rounds, Grad rockets and drone munitions within the past day. The city of Kherson was targeted 12 times.

The Russian military shelled the residential quarters in a number of settlements across the region, as well as the territory of the summer cottage compound in Beryslav.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, two elderly women were injured by Russian shelling in the village of Olhivka, Kherson region.
