Russian troops shell five districts of Kharkiv region

The Russian troops struck the populated settlements of five districts in Kharkiv region over the past day.

"Over the past 24 hours, the enemy used artillery, mortars, and combat aircraft to fire at populated settlements of Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, Izium, and Kupyansk districts," Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

In particular, Ivashky, Huryiv Kozachok, Udy, Strilecha, Zelene, Okhrimivka, Kolodiazne, Dvorichna, Zapadne and other settlements came under fire.

The enemy launched an airstrike near Druzheliubivka in Izium district.

No civilian casualties were recorded.

Demining works continue. Over the past day, bomb technicians of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine inspected more than 6 ha of territory and defused 86 explosive objects.
