At night and in the morning, Russian troops fired on five settlements in the Sumy region, damaging civilian homes.
The press service of the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"The enemy fired on five settlements in five territorial communities: Bilopillya, Khotyn, Novosloboda, Seredyna-Buda, Znob-Novgorod," the statement said.
It is noted that there were six attacks in the region (33 explosions). The shelling was carried out with mortars and artillery.
In the Seredyna-Buda territorial community, shelling with cannon artillery was recorded ( four explosions).
The enemy shelling damaged three private houses and a garage.
As reported, on July 26, Russian troops fired 14 times at the border of the Sumy region, ten settlements were under fire.
